Yes, that's right! Don't bother buying an enclosure for your project - just print one!

What's it all about? Well, here at Cat's Whisker Technologies we now have the latest in low-cost 3D printing solutions. With this technology we can produce 3-dimensional objects like boxes and other enclosures. Many commercial organisations are realising that 3D printing - also known as Rapid Prototyping - is a technology that will soon become commonplace in homes and at work. Why buy something when you can print it? Many schools and universities have also realised this and are also investing in the technology.

So, if you have access to a 3D printer you will be able to print your own enclosures. Of course, you'll need a design and that's where we come in. Cat' Whisker Technologies has published a free design for this little box for the TextStar module...

All you need to do is download the STL file provided below (the STL format is compatible with most 3D printing applications) and get printing!
